Item Availability:
Items that are in stock will be mailed to you upon clearance of your payment. If the items are
not currently in stock, I will notify you by email when it will become available.
Usually it may take from 2 to 3 weeks for delivery since all the items are 100% handmade. (Hats will be ready to ship
in 2-3 days)
Special Requests:
If you have any special requests please let me know. There may be items available at the craft shows
but are not displayed on my site. Please let me know if you would like to special order them.
Shipping Costs:
Packages are mailed USPS mail.
All USA and Canada orders will be charged shipping according to the
fee schedule. Other destinations are available, refer to your
order form.
Return Policy:
For returns and exchanges items must be unworn, clean and with sales tags still attached.
You must notify us by email at Customer Support within 5 days of the original receipt that you
wish to return or exchange item. KnitBerry does not reimburse shipping costs.
All sale items are considered final sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
